Technical Director
Victor Manjilla is a former India international and has played for Kerala, the University of Calicut, and Premier Tyres Kalamassery football teams. Hailing from Thrissur, Manjila, who played as a goalkeeper, was a regular in the national team during the 70s. He played an integral role in Kerala’s first-ever Santosh Trophy triumph in 1973 and was the goalkeeper coach in the state’s title-winning campaign in 1992.
During his time at the University of Calicut, Manjila led them to success at the All India Inter-University Football Championship as a player and coach. He also won the Best Goalkeeper award while representing Premier Tyres in the 1974 Federation Cup.
The 75-year-old is an Advisory Board Member of the All India Football Federation, a Member of the Kerala Sports Council, and an Associate Vice President of the Kerala Olympic Association. Recently, Manjila published an autobiography titled “Oru Goaliyude Atmakatha.”


Technical Consultant
Narayana Menon is an AFC A License Holder and has coached Indian junior teams, football clubs, and academies across the country. Known for his exceptional ability to scout and train players, Menon was part of the coaching staff of India’s U16, U19, U23, and senior teams from 2007 to 2014.
In 2014, he founded the Thrissur-based football club FC Kerala and was the Technical Director of the Football Academy of Bangalore. He had stints with the Kerala team in the 2015-16 Santosh Trophy, Calicut University, the 2017 World Cup India team, and the Senior Women’s Kerala team as the head coach. Menon, who retired as the Principal of Sree Kerala Varma College in 2024, is also an AIFF Coach Educator.
Mind Body Specialist
Dr. Rama Prasad is a holistic health educator and advocate for preventive wellness. Over 25 years, he has coached thousands in holistic health, developing Tongue Diagnosis and Five-Element Constitution Analysis—tools that can help young athletes optimize performance and recovery.
Rama has trained in Hypnotherapy and Mind-Body Medicine and worked with athletes and wellness communities to integrate Ayurvedic principles with modern fitness. With a vision to reduce lifestyle diseases through early fitness education, he collaborated with coaches and wellness advocates to create programs where football, health, and character-building intersect. He is currently the Director of Education & Training at Vaidyagrama Ayurveda Healing Village, Coimbatore.


Founder & Managing Director
Muhammed Shaji is a passionate football enthusiast who was part of the football ecosystem in Ghana, Dubai, and India. He began his professional career as a Computer Network Engineer in Bengaluru and has worked as an IT Manager, Consultant and Operations Director in various industries across the Middle East.
In 2003, Shaji launched a football club in the Palakkad District League. He also ran football teams in Dubai and Ghana, competing in the Dubai Amateur Football League and Ghana Division Two League. After his return to Kerala, Shaji founded FC Malabar Sports Private Ltd, which is involved in various football-related projects across the state.
